DELIVERY FEES

Enjoy free standard shipping with a minimum spend of S$40.

STANDARD SHIPPING ($4.00)

Your products are shipped out locally within 2 working days and you can expect to receive them in 2-4 working days thereafter.

All orders will be processed and shipped out locally within 2 working days (excluding preorders & surge periods). You can expect to receive them in 2-4 working days thereafter.

EXPRESS SHIPPING ($15.00)

A nominal fee of S$15 per location for next day deliveries (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays)

REFUND POLICY

All our products are thoroughly inspected and packed before they are shipped, to ensure you receive the best possible product. Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We value you as a customer and if you believe your package was damaged during shipment, please contact us at info@reminiscentstories.com within 3 days of delivery.

 

You need to simply share images of the damaged product received in the order by your registered email ID. Then we will verify and accordingly send you a free replacement of the damaged product. You do not need to pay anything for the replacement product. (Note if you ordered 4 items and received one item damaged then just share images of the damaged product not the whole order)
